  • •STAWBERRY DAIQUIRIS TRINITY, 6 CUPS
  • •3/4 cup Mount Gay rum
  • •1 lb about 1 pint strawberries
  • •1 banana
  • •1/2 cup frozen limeade concentrate
  • •2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • • blend smooth, add ice blend until slushy
  • • BERRY DAIQUIRIS
  • •1/2 pint raspberries
  • •8 large ripe strawberries, extra for garnish
  • •1/4 cup lime juice
  • •1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur, Cointreau
  • •1 cup light rum
  • •1 tablespoon super fine sugar
  • •4 cups crushed ice
  • • Blend smooth pour into parfait glasses, strawberry garnish
