1. POTATOES: Brush with melted butter. Bake 400F until tender, about 1 hr
15 min. When done, cut slit lengthwise and mash potato in its skin. Top
each potato with 1 T aioli and sprinkle with minced herbs. Pass rest of
sauce
2. AIOLI: Processor, drop in garlic and mince. add egg, egg yolks,
mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper; process until smooth.
3. Motor running, add 1/4 of oil through feed tube in drops. Pour rest in
slow stream, pouring faster as incorporated. Add hot pepper sauce, salt
and pepper.
