beef bell pepper stir fry with spicy sauce

Ingredients
•MARINADE
•1 tablespoon rice wine or sherry
•1 tablespoon soy sauce
•1 tsp sesame oil
•1 tsp minced garlic
•8 ozs beef filet, strips 1/4" wide, 1/4" thick
•2 tsp peanut oil, for wok
•1 tsp oil
•1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
•1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
•3 green onions, hopped
•2 1/2 tsp chili paste with garlic
•1 1/2 tsp bean paste
Steps
1. Mix up marinade and marinate beef for 1 hour. heat 2 Tsp oil in wokand
stir fry beef , about 45 seconds; remove and set aside.
2. Add 1 tsp oil to wok and stir fry peppers for 1 minute. Mix in green
onions, chili paste and bean paste and cook 20 seconds. stir in beef and
cook until heated through, about 30 seconds. Serve over rice
