beef bell pepper stir fry with spicy sauce

Ingredients
  • MARINADE
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine or sherry
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 8 ozs beef filet, strips 1/4" wide, 1/4" thick
  • 2 tsp peanut oil, for wok
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, hopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp chili paste with garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp bean paste
Steps
  1. 1. Mix up marinade and marinate beef for 1 hour. heat 2 Tsp oil in wokand stir fry beef , about 45 seconds; remove and set aside.
  2. 2. Add 1 tsp oil to wok and stir fry peppers for 1 minute. Mix in green onions, chili paste and bean paste and cook 20 seconds. stir in beef and cook until heated through, about 30 seconds. Serve over rice
