Ingredients
  • 1 lb geen beans
  • 4 medium garlic cloves
  • 3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons chicken broth
  • 4 tsp rice wine
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili paste
  • pepper and salt
Steps
  1. 1. Add beans to boiling water and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes, drain and reserve.
  2. 2. Process garlic until finely chopped. Scrape down work bowl and add remaining ingredients. Process until combined, about 5 seconds. Transfer to skillet. Cook.stirring. over med heat until heated thrugh, about 2 minues. Add beans and cook, stirring until coated with sauce. Season to taste and serve warm.
