Ingredients
•1 lb geen beans
•4 medium garlic cloves
•3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
•4 Tablespoons chicken broth
•4 tsp rice wine
•3 tsp sesame oil
•2 tsp sugar
•1/2 tsp hot chili paste
• pepper and salt
Steps
1. Add beans to boiling water and cook until just tender, about 5
minutes, drain and reserve.
2. Process garlic until finely chopped. Scrape down work bowl and add
remaining ingredients. Process until combined, about 5 seconds. Transfer
to skillet. Cook.stirring. over med heat until heated thrugh, about 2
minues. Add beans and cook, stirring until coated with sauce. Season to
taste and serve warm.
