chicken wings with lime apricot soy sauce

Ingredients
  • 8 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup lime juice, ( from 8-10 limes)
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 large garlic cloves
Steps
  1. 1.Preheat oven to 425F. two disposable foil roasting pans to make clean up easier
  2. 2. Cut off wing tips and halve wings at joint. Divide wings between 2 large roasting pans in single layer
  3. 3. Puree remaining ingredients in blender and pour mixture over wings.
  4. 4. Bake in upper and lower third of oven 50 minutes. Turn over wings Switching position of pans in oven, bake 45 minutes to 1 hour longer, or unti liquid is thick and sticky. Serve warm or room temperature..
