butter lettuce salad with merlot raspberry dressing

Ingredients
•DRESSING:
•1 large clov garlic, minced
•1 shallot, minced
•1 tsp Dijon mustard
•1 Tablespoon honey
•2 Tablespoons raspberry vinegar
•1/2 cup Merlot wine
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp pepper
•2 Tablespoons olive oil
•3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
•1 cup raspberries
•3 Tablespoons low-fat sour cream
• SALAD
•1 large head butter lettuce
•1 Tablespoon to 2 T chopped fresh chives
•2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
•1/2 cup fresh raspberries
•1/2 cup toasted pecans
Steps
1.DRESSING: Combine all ingredients in processor and mix until smooth.
SALAD: Tear lettuce into large pieces. Add chopped herbs and about 1/2 of
the dressing. Toss gently to coat; adding more if necessary. Garnish with
raspberries and pecans
