Ingredients
  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded fennel (about 1/2 bulb)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Steps
  1. 1.Whisk dressing and toss with slaw. serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
