2. Place perforated steaming basket over 1 inch of water and bring to
boilo over high heat. Steam walnuts for 1 minute to heat up.
3. Combine honey and sugar in bowl. add walnuts, toss well. Spread on 1
of the prepared baking sheets and bake, stirring once or twice, for 10
minutes, until carmelized. Immediately remove from ovem and pour
ontoother prepared baking sheet. Allow to cool completely. (can be stored
tightly covered at room temp for up to 1 week.)
