milk chocolate marshmallow fudge

Ingredients
•4 cups sugar
•1/2 cup butter, cut into bits
•1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
•1 pound bar HERSHEY'S milk chocolate, broken into pieces
•2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
•2 cups marshmallow cream
•1/2 tsp vanilla
•1/2 tsp salt
• garnish lightly toasted walnut, optional
• halves
Steps
1. In heavy kettle combine sugar, butter, milk and cook over moderate
heat, stirring until it comes to a full boil.Boil, stirring constantlynad
making sure it doesn't scorch, for 5 minutes exactly.
2. REmove from heat, stir in quickly the milk chocolate, chocolate chips,
marshmallow cream, vanilla and salt, stir until combined thoroughly.
3. Pour into greasedjelly roll pan, 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 by 1 inch, score top
into squares. Garnish each quare with walnut half. Chill for 3 hours, or
until firm, cut into squares. Store in airtight container lined with waxed
paper, separateing layers with waxed paper. store in a cool place.
