fudge rocky road cream cheese

Ingredients
  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 8 cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 lb box (about 4 cups)powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely choppedwalnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature MARSHMALLOWS
Steps
  1. 1. In metal bowl set over pan of barely simmering water melt chocolate, stirrig. Remove bowl and let chocolate cool slightly
  2. 2. Beat in mixer the cream cheese with vanilla and salt until smooth. then beat in powdered sugar and the brown sugar gradually, and beat in melted chocolate. Beat until thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. stir in nuts and marshmallows. press into pan lined with waxed paper and chill 1 hour or until firm.
  4. 4. Turn out of pan and cut into squares. store in airtight container lined with waxed paper and separateing layers with waxed paper.. Keep in cool place.
